Arriving on Thursday, October 9th
Hotel Jay is where your room is located and you can check-in as early as 3pm on Thursday, Oct. 9th. The front desk will have all the details and an info packet for you.

Head up to your room, get settled in, and plan to be ready for the retreat kick-off celebration at 5pm. Retreat check-in starts at 4:45pm right outside of the Foeger Room (look for signs in the lobby).
FALLING CLOSER PRO TIP: When arriving at Jay Peak Resort, you will want to head to the “Slopeside” of the property and look for Hotel Jay. You will want to park in the lot closest to Hotel Jay and the Pump House water park. The physical address is: 830 Jay Peak Rd, Jay, VT 05859, and phone number is (800) 451-4449.
Friday, October 10th • Starts at 8:30am
Following your Friday morning session of breakfast, worship, and nostalgic reminiscing, we'll turn you loose on Jay Peak Resort for the entire afternoon. Enjoy some time as a couple and explore what the resort has to offer.

However, don’t get too crazy, because the Falling Closer Dinner starts at 5pm, Friday evening. This semi-formal meal will be filled with good food, laughter and great company!

FALLING CLOSER PRO TIP: Don’t forget to pack your semi-formal gear, and give yourself plenty of time on Friday afternoon to get ready for dinner at 5pm.
