Pastor Gilles Gentley & Reneé McGarry are requesting your presence at the 1st Annual Catalyst Strategic Planning Event happening on Saturday, September 21st from 10am to 4pm.
We are hosting a day of workshops and brainstorming session to map out the church's events and initiatives for the remainder of 2024 and the first half of 2025.
This comprehensive planning session will bring together the key decision-makers and stakeholders (that's YOU) to thoughtfully and proactively craft a cohesive vision and plan of action for the church's outreach and engagement efforts over the next 12-18 months.
The agenda will include an analysis of past event attendance and impact, as well as discussions around potential new ideas, marketing channels, and ways to better serve the evolving needs of the congregation and the local community.
Armed with data-driven insights, the leadership will work collaboratively to set ambitious yet achievable goals, identify the optimal timing and positioning for various events, and coordinate a seamless, impactful calendar that builds momentum and maximizes participation.
This strategic planning event represents a critical opportunity for Catalyst Church to get ahead of the curve, tap into the latest industry best practices, and develop a strategic roadmap that elevates Jesus' brand, attracts new members, and strengthens the spiritual vitality of the church over the coming seasons.
